VarCoV is providing a platform for exploring SARS-CoV-2 variations in the context of available clinical/demographic data. It provides recurrence and interrelations of single nucleotide substitutions based on various criteria. It also includes the frequency of mutations based on SARS-CoV genomes retrieved from NCBI. SARS-CoV-2 genomes/metadata have been retrieved from GISAID.
